  You can’t beat their quality of work and attention to detail. Chris, Rhett and Ryan worked tirelessly to complete the job on time and in fact they finished early despite the tight timeline. My wife and I are completely pleased with the finished results! Our pavilion chimney, counters and columns all turned out fantastic. Highly recommend!

 I was satisfied with the work performed by this small, locally owned and operated company. Rhett and his crew were professional, courteous and knowledgeable of their chosen trade. They were helpful in my selection of chimney caps and they had the necessary equipment and tools to perform their work safely on my steep roof. Their safety was key. They discussed the inspection that was performed thoroughly and advised on the next proper steps to give me peace of mind. The chimney cap itself is high quality steel and will last for many years. Also, the crew seems to honestly enjoy their work and satisfy customers. They were extremely helpful with advice on controlling any further intrusion from squirrels, bats, birds, etc. I highly recommend the services and products of Salem Chimney. 

  From the receptionist to the final explanation, the team was very professional, friendly, and thorough. I needed an inspection of the fireplace and chimney prior to purchasing a new home, beyond the home inspection. They shared photos of the chimney problem and answered all my questions until I completely understood. I feel confident that all problems will be professionally fixed, and better than before.
Today, the chimney has been cleaned, a new chimney cap installed, and the fireplace’s cracked firebox is replaced and properly painted. They were a great team. I’m totally happy. 

 We first hired Salem Chimney for an estimate on maintenance for our chimney. Rhett was great and was a straight shooter about some issues that had been created by shortcuts the previous homeowners had taken. He recommended some services that would keep the chimney properly maintained. He also looked at an old wood stove in our basement and got us up to speed on whether it was safe to use (it wasn't) and gave us options for if we wanted to replace it. On a separate occasion, we hired them again to replace our chimney cap. Chris and Rhett were super nice and did excellent work at a fair price. Scheduling and billing was easy and great, too! This company is trustworthy all around and are doing things right. 

  I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Right from the start they are very respectful and kind. They explain the work required with detail and they take their time to answer questions. They are experts at their craft, and show their knowledge through their efficiency and fine work.  Simply the best, the guys were kind, knowledgeable and on time...the job was very well done and I'm very happy. Can't say how happy I am with the job they did. From looks to professionalism, just a great all around team that truly cares about their clients and the quality and functionality of their work. 

 As always, these guys are at the top! Always so thoughtful too! They are thorough, they pay attention to every detail! Let's not forget Meredith in the office! She helps keep them on track! 

  I thought exceptional customer service was nonexistent these days, but Salem Chimney proved me wrong. They did a great job explaining everything and educating me on how to use my fireplace more effectively. They are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work, and they gave me recommendations without any sales pressure. They did a GREAT JOB, and I highly recommend them! 

  Everything from the phone call to make the appointment to when Ryan completed the job was 5 stars. We needed our chimmney cleaned and inspected so it was safe to use for the winter. Ryan showed up 5 minutes early, was very friendly and thoroughly inspected every part of the chimmney and fireplace. He was respectful of our property, prevented and cleaned any mess from ash or soot and gave advice to us for what to do as the fireplace gets older. This is the second time we have hired this company and both times they were above and beyond what would be expected. There was excellent communication from making the appointment to appointment reminders and even day of updates of Ryan being on his way. Since our chimmney was so clean already Ryan found it to be unnecessary to charge full price so a discount on the final bill was applied. I have called other chimmney services in the area and this companies prices are competitive and fair. If you need your chimmey cleaned, fireplace inspected, and peace of mind when having a fire warming your home - call these folks. You will not find better. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. 

 Chris and Rhett are the epitome of knowledgeable professionals in their field that deliver service with a smile!!! These guys went above and beyond, delivering results beyond mine and my husband's wildest dreams, sharing in our vision from start to finish and bringing it to life!! There aren't enough characters in these reviews to praise all that they repaired, rebuilt, and restored in our sanctuary, and we would highly recommend them to any and all in the market for anything chimney or fireplace related!! They are also more than willing to teach you all you need to know to maintain their work long after they're done. The photos hardly do it justice! It was truly a labor of love from all involved, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome!!! 

  Can’t beat my previous review but gonna try. These guys are stellar and beyond exceptional. Truly know their craft with fireplaces and masonry. Great group of guys who are fun to be around.
